Description Mr. Stinnett is a cattle farmer and former owner of Wattstull Shell service station in Buchanan, Virginia, which he operated for thirty years, and is actively involved in area farm organizations, including the Botetourt County Farm Bureau and the Botetourt Regional Cattleman?s Association.
