Former director of Texas Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association. Mr. Rankin is one of the founders of our company and has more than 50 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. In 1969, along with Mr. Moffett and another associate, he founded McMoRan Oil & Gas Co., which developed into one of America?s leading independent oil and gas companies. He has a comprehensive understanding of our company and its management, operations and financial requirements.
