Description B. Kenneth Driver Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Fillauer Companies, Inc., a Chattanooga based prosthetic manufacturer, since January 2007. He previously served as President and Chief Operations Officer of Fillauer Companies, Inc. from 1996 to 2007. He has been a director of the Company since 1997.
