Description Xing Fu Lu has been a director of the Registrant since August 2007 and has been the President of the Registrant since November 8, 2007. In addition to his work with China RuiTai International Holdings Co., Ltd., Mr. Lu is the Chief Executive Officer of TaiAn. Mr. Lu is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience. Prior to accepting his position as CEO with TaiAn, he was General Manager in FeiCheng Oil Chemical Plant, and FeiCheng RuiTai Fine Chemical Company, Ltd.
