Xia Zhihua
Description Xia Zhihua has been a supervisor of our company since January 2006 and the chairperson of our board of supervisors since March 2006. Ms. Xia served as the State Council?s representative in CLIC, designated supervisor of bureau level grade official and office director of the board of supervisors of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation from August 2003 to December 2005. Ms. Xia had 16 years work experience in the State Ministry of Finance relating to economic and financial management and 6 years of working experience as the State Council?s representative in the board of supervisors of state-owned important financial institutions. Ms. Xia graduated from department of economics at Xiamen University in 1982 and received a BA degree in politics and economics.
