Description Tyler K. Clinch, Treasurer (and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank). Ms. Clinch, who serves as principal financial officer of the Company, was named Chief Financial Officer of the Bank in June 2005. She was elected Treasurer of the Company in March 2006. She has 18 years financial management experience in a variety of industries including real estate development, technology services, and housing.
