Description Tzong-Yen Chang is a senior vice president of our company. Mr. Chang is also a director of the Taiwan International Standard Electronics Ltd. Mr. Chang served as assistant vice president of our company and deputy manager of our Northern Taiwan Business Group from August 2003 to January 2006.
