Description Tsippy Moldovan has served as our chief financial officer and as our director since March 2002. Prior to that and since 1987 Mrs. Moldovan served as our Deputy Vice President of Finance. Since September 1, 1987 Mrs. Moldovan had served as the deputy managing director of finance of Export Erez. Mrs. Moldovan attended Buchnich Accounting School in Ashkelon, Israel and completed course work in economics and management accounting from Mishlav School, Tel Aviv, Israel. Mrs. Moldavan?s significant experience with our company and accounting background enhance the breadth of experience of our board of directors.
