Description T. Olin Davis, age 54, was elected to serve as our and the Bank?s Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer effective on January 1, 2007. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Credit Policy Officer since September 2006. He was employed by the Bank from September 1993 until May 2006 during which time he last served as Senior Vice President and Outer Banks Regional Manager, and he was employed by First Carolina State Bank, Rocky Mount, North Carolina, as Chief Credit Officer from May 2006 until he rejoined the Bank.
