Peter Kight
Description Peter J. Kight (age 52) has been a director and Vice Chairman since 2007. Mr. Kight is the founder of CheckFree Corporation, which was acquired by Fiserv in 2007, and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1981 to 2007. Mr. Kight joined Fiserv's board of directors in connection with the acquisition of CheckFree. Mr. Kight also serves as a director of Akamai Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company that distributes computing solutions and services, and Manhattan Associates, Inc., a publicly traded company that provides supply chain planning and execution solutions. Principal Occupation: Vice Chairman of Fiserv, Inc. On January 11, 2010, Peter J. Kight informed the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv, Inc. that he planned to resign from the Company as its Vice Chairman at the end of the first quarter of 2010 in order to devote more time to interests outside the Company.
