Description Dr. L.S. Smith has served as chairman of our board of directors, and as our chief executive officer and secretary, since 1980. Dr. Smith obtained a B.A. in political science from UCLA in 1967, an M.P.A. in public administration from UCLA in 1969, and an M.A., E.M.B.A. and Ph.D. in management form the Peter Drucker School of Management in 1981, 1984 and 1991, respectively.
