L. Mark Panella
Description Mr. Panella joined Danversbank in July of 1995 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He previously worked at Boston Private Bank & Trust Company as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Operations Officer and Treasurer. He has also worked for two companies that provided software solutions to the banking industry. Mr. Panella is primarily responsible for the Company's financial reporting, investor relations, budgeting, insurance contract negotiations and overall accounting and regulatory compliance.
