L. Hoy Heise
Description L. Hoy Heise has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer since November 2007, as our Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Operations Planning from March 2006 to November 2007, and as our Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer from May 2004 to February 2006. From February 2003 to April 2004, Mr. Heise was the founder and principal of his own technology consulting firm. From June 1999 until May 2001, Mr. Heise was Senior Vice President of Gartner, an information technology research firm. Prior to that time, Mr. Heise worked in various management and consulting capacities for Renaissance Worldwide, a global provider of business process improvement and information technology consulting services.
