J. Spencer Lanthier
Description Mr. J. Spencer Lanthier has been a Corporate Director since his retirement in 1999 from KPMG Canada, where he had a long and distinguished career culminating in the position of Chairman and Chief Executive from 1993 until his retirement. A recipient of the Order of Canada, Mr. Lanthier is currently a member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of the TMX Group, Inc., Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation, Rona Inc., and a member of the Board of Biovail Corporation, all of which are reporting issuers.
