Description H. E. Malone, Jr. joined Ensco in August 1987 and was elected to his current position of Vice President and Assistant Secretary in December 2009. Prior to his current position, Mr. Malone served as Vice President - Finance (International), Vice President - Finance, Vice President - Accounting, Tax and Information Systems and Vice President - Controller. Mr. Malone holds Bachelor of Business Administration Degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and Southern Methodist University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Texas.
