H. Frederick Christie
Description Mr. Christie has served as Lead Director since May 2006 and is Chairman of the Company's Compensation and Organization Committee. An independent consultant, he retired in 1990 as president and chief executive officer of the Mission Group, a subsidiary of SCEcorp (now Edison International). From 1984 to 1987, he served as president of Southern California Edison Company, a subsidiary of SCEcorp. Mr. Christie is a director of Dine Equity Corporation, AECOM Technology Corporation and Ducommun Incorporated. He also serves on the Boards of certain funds in the American Funds Family managed by the Capital Research and Management Company. The Company?s Board of Directors elected H.
