Description H. Edward Munnerlyn, has served as President and owner of Munnerlyn Company, a corporate apparel and uniforms company, since January 1989. Prior to 1989 he was employed by Greenwood Mills, Inc. for twenty years and was Executive Vice President when he left Greenwood Mills, Inc. in 1988. He has served as one of our directors since our inception in April 1988. Mr. Munnerlyn?s institutional knowledge of the Company?s business, as well as his own business and personal experience in certain of the communities that CapitalBank serves, provides him with a useful appreciation of markets that we serve.
