Description Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides unified communications and cloud services primarily Internet protocol-based digital voice and data communications services to small and medium sized businesses, and other telecommunications carriers in the United States and internationally. The company operates through two segments, Business Services and Carrier Services. The Business Services segment offers hosted voice, SIP trunking, unified communications, contact center, conferencing, managed network, infrastructure as a service, and data center services, as well as managed cloud solutions, such as storage, security, and disaster recovery. The Carrier Services segment provides voice termination through voice over Internet protocol and time division multiplexing or circuit-switched technology; Internet access or private line services; and co-location services for carriers. This segment interconnects to approximately 270 carrier customers and vendors; and sells carrier services to other communications service providers, including the U.S.-based carriers sending voice traffic to international destinations, and foreign carriers sending voice traffic to the U.S. and internationally. The company markets and sells primarily through direct sales force, sales agents and partners, referrals, and strategic relationships. It has a strategic partnership with Unisys.
