Description Dai Qilin, age 42, joined our Company in June 2008 and is an independent non-executive Director of our Company. Mr. Dai holds a master?s degree in Accounting. Mr. Dai is a senior accountant and is qualified to practice as a PRC certified public accountant and a PRC certified public appraiser. Mr. Dai has served in various professional positions in the finance department of the MOR from 1986 to 1997. Mr. Dai is currently the managing director of Beijing Zhongluhua Certified Public Accountants Limited and also a supervisor of Beijing Zhongluhuafeng Project Consultancy Co., Ltd. Prior to his joining Beijing Zhongluhua Certified Public Accountants in April 2001, he was an accountant, senior accountant and deputy head of Beijing Huafeng Certified Public Accountants Limited from 1997 to 2001.
