Mr. Cheney is a corporate consultant based in Hong Kong since January 2001. Mr. Cheney is also a director and shareholder of Apix International Limited. Mr. Cheney was previously the Chairman and CEO of a Hong Kong based telecommunications and Internet Services Company.
