Description D. Vann Williford, age 61, is the President of Vesco Material Handling Equipment, Inc. (d/b/a Atlantic Coast Toyotalift). He has served as a director of the Bank since 1991 and of the Company since 2002. Mr. Williford has a total of 18 years banking experience. Mr. Williford earned a B.S. degree from North Carolina State University. Mr. Williford has attended Director Assemblies and Director College with the NCBA.
