D. Singleton Bailey
Description D. Singleton Bailey, 59, has served as a director of the Company since its formation in 1999 and of the Bank since 1987. Mr. Bailey has been the President of Loris Drug Store, Inc., located in Loris, S.C. since 1988. He received a B.A. degree in sociology from Wofford College in 1972. Mr. Bailey now serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Bailey's business and personal experience in certain of the communities that the Bank serves provides him with a useful appreciation of markets that we serve.
