D. Scott Mercer
Description Mr. Mercer has been a director of Conexant since 2003. In April 2008 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and became Chairman of the Board in August 2008. Mr. Mercer is also a private investor, who served as interim chief executive officer of Adaptec, Inc. (computer technology services) from May 2005 to November 2005.
