D. Frank Harrison
Description D. Frank Harrison has served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors since August 2007, and Chief Executive Officer and a director of our company since May 2005. From 2002 until joining our Company, Mr. Harrison served as an agent for the purchase and sale of oil and gas properties for entities controlled by Wexford Capital LLC. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Harrison served as President of Harding & Shelton, Inc., a privately held oil and natural gas exploration, drilling and development firm.
