Description Robert J. McLaughlin, 76, has served as a director of the Company since July 2004. Mr. McLaughlin previously served as a director of the Company from September 1994 to March 2001. He founded The Sutter Group in 1982, a management consulting company that focuses on enhancing shareholder value, and currently serves as its President. Previously, Mr. McLaughlin served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tru-Circle Corporation, an aerospace subcontractor, from November 2003 to April 2004, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors from August 2001 to February 2003, and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from October 2001 to April 2002 of Imperial Sugar Company.
