Description CURTIS L. HAGE, age 63, a Class III director, is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Mr. Hage was elected Chairman of the Corporation in September 1996 and has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since February 1991. Mr. Hage joined the Bank in 1968 and served in various capacities prior to being elected its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1991. Mr. Hage has served as a director of the Corporation since 1992 and the Bank since 1986. On July 21, 2010, Curtis L. Hage, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of HF Financial Corp. notified the Board of Directors of the Company that he will retire effective December 31, 2011 from his positions as an officer of the Company and its operating subsidiary, Home Federal Bank.
