Curt Hecker
Description Curt Hecker has been a director and Intermountain?s President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception. Mr. Hecker was hired in 1995 as an Executive Vice President of the Bank. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and director of the Bank since 1996. From 1996 until 2001, Mr. Hecker also served as the Bank?s President. Mr. Hecker earned a Business Administration degree from Boise State University in 1983, and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School in 1994. Mr. Hecker joined the Bank with 11 years of banking experience as a vice president and manager with a bank that experienced various expansions through numerous mergers and acquisitions. In addition to the experience and knowledge gained through his early career, Mr. Hecker has served on the Board of Directors of Coldwater Creek, Inc., a publicly traded retail company based in northern Idaho, since 1996, and in 2009 joined the Board of Pacific Coast Banker?s Bank. The Board believes that the CEO should serve as a director as the primary liaison between the Board and management and as the executive with overall responsibility for executing our strategic plan.
