Description Mr. Cox, 60, has been a director since 1994. From 1976 to May 2006, he has served as President, and since May 2006, he has served as CEO of Riverview Plantation, Inc., a resort and agricultural company located in Georgia. He is extensively involved in the community, including serving as a partner for The University of Georgia Research Foundation Board, Partner of Camilla Retirement Center, trustee of AgriTrust, Board member of University of Georgia Real Estate Foundation Board, and Board member of the Georgia Forestry Association Board. We believe Mr. Cox?s qualifications to sit on our Board include his operational and financial expertise gained from the successful operation of his own business, as well as his executive leadership and management experience.
