Description CWT Limited, together with its subsidiaries, designs, engineers, and manages integrated logistics and supply chain solutions for small establishments and multinational corporations in Singapore and internationally. The company operates through three segments: Logistics Services, Commodity Supply Chain Management, and Engineering Services. The Logistics Services segment provides warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, cargo consolidation, collateral management, and container management services, as well as supply chain management services, such as procurement, inventory management, packing, and other value added services and delivery to end customers; and surface preparation of metal materials for corrosion control. This segment serves commodities, defense, food and beverage, freight forwarding, marine, and petrochemicals and chemicals industries. The Commodity Supply Chain Management segment offers physical trading and supply chain management services for base metal non-ferrous concentrates, including copper, lead, zinc, and other minor metals, as well as energy products, such as diesel, gasoline, naphtha, distillates, and coal. The Engineering Services segment manages and maintains facilities, vehicles, and equipment; supplies and installs engineering products; manages properties; and provides design-and-build services for logistics properties. The company also provides financial services, such as brokerage, risk management, and trade facilitation services for physical commodities and commodity derivatives; commodities collateralization, warehousing, and logistics services; and trust and asset management services.
