Description CTI Group (Holdings) Inc., together with its subsidiaries, designs, develops, markets, and supports billing and data management software and services solutions, and carrier class voice over Internet protocol management applications primarily in North America and Europe. The company operates in two segments: Electronic Invoice Management, and Call Accounting Management and Recording. The Electronic Invoice Management segment provides electronic invoice presentment and analysis software that enables Internet-based customer self-care for wireline, wireless, and convergent providers of telecommunications services. This segmentÂ’s products include the SmartBill and Analysis electronic bill presentment and analysis tools; SmartBill Connect and Analysis Online Internet-based software solutions; and dynamic reports, an analysis solution targeting small businesses and consumers. The Call Accounting Management and Recording segment offers SmartRecord Internet protocol that enables service providers to communicate on behalf of their hosted and managed service customers; and Proteus products, which are used by companies, institutions, and government agencies for fiscal or legal purposes to track communications and to control costs associated with operating communications networks. This segment also provides Proteus Trader products for investment and trading markets; Proteus Enterprise and Proteus Office products for general business use, corporate users, and small and medium sized companies; and Proteus Service Bureau, an enterprise traffic analysis and communications management solution.
