C. Kum
Description C. G. Kum began his banking career in 1977 as a corporate banking trainee with Bank of California in San Francisco, California. Over the years, he has held management positions in corporate lending, special assets and credit administration with banks in Colorado and California.Mr. Kum was appointed to his current position as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of First California Bank (formerly known as Camarillo Community Bank) on September 1, 1999. Under his leadership, the Bank has grown from two branches and $100 million in total assets to 17 branches and $1.5 billion in total assets. He is a graduate of University of California at Berkeley and received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mr. Kum also is a graduate of Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is a past president of the board of directors of Community Bankers of California. Mr. Kum currently serves on the government relations council for the American Bankers Association and is a board member of the Ventura County Council, Boy Scouts of America.
