On January 5, 2010, the Board of Directors of Cloud Peak Energy Inc., upon recommendation of the Board?s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, appointed C. Kevin McArthur to the Board. Mr. McArthur is a former President and CEO of both Goldcorp Inc. and Glamis Gold, Inc., and has considerable mining experience with several minerals companies.
