C. Jean Bustard
Description Ms. Bustard was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Company in June 2004. Ms. Bustard has served as Interim President of ADA Carbon Solutions, our 33% owned joint venture with Energy Capital Partners I, LP and its affiliated funds, since October 2008. Prior to her appointment as COO, she served as Executive Vice President of ADA Environmental Solutions, LLC, our wholly-owned subsidiary, beginning with its formation in 1996. Ms. Bustard was employed by ADA Technologies from 1988 through 1996. Ms. Bustard holds a B.S. in Physics Education from Indiana University, an M.A. in Physics from Indiana State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado.
