Description Mark A. Smith has served as our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since our inception in 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Smith was a founder of, and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2005 and Chairman through 2006 of Underground Solutions, Inc. (?Underground Solutions?) (OTC BB: ?UGSI?), an infrastructure technology company that developed pipeline technologies. Prior to his experiences with Underground Solutions, Mr. Smith was involved as a principal or investor in several construction, real estate and technology companies. On April 16, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mark Smith as President. Mr. Smith will retain his positions as the Company?s Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, which Mr. Smith has held since the Company?s inception in 2006.
