C. Dan Adams
Description C. Dan Adams, 50, Class III director, is the Chairman of our board of directors. Mr. Adams has been the president and principal owner of The Capital Corporation of America, Inc., an investment banking company located in Greenville/Spartanburg, since 1991. Prior to joining The Capital Corporation, Mr. Adams served as vice president with C&S National Bank, where he was employed for twelve years. Mr. Adams graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 1983 with a degree in business administration. He graduated in 1989 from The Banking School of the South at Louisiana State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment member.
