C. Christopher Gaut
Description Mr. Gaut has been one of our directors since May 2008. Since February 2010, he has served as Managing Director of SCF Partners, a Houston, Texas based private equity firm that engages in the investment in and acquisition of energy service companies. He previously served as President of Halliburton Company?s Drilling and Evaluation Division from January 2008 until April 2009. Prior to assuming that position, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Halliburton Company, one of the world?s largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Reservoir Group and he is on the Board of Directors of Forum Oilfield Technologies, Inc., both of which are private companies in the energy industry. Mr. Gaut holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
