Description C. Allen Bradley, Jr., age 58, has served as Chairman of the Board since October 2005, Chief Executive Officer since December 2003 and President since November 2002. Mr. Bradley has served as a director since June 2003. He joined the Company in 1994, and in addition to the positions described above, Mr. Bradley has served in various other executive capacities, including General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, and Secretary. He has also managed various departments of the Company, including underwriting operations and safety services. Prior to joining the Company, he was engaged in the private practice of law.
