Description Robert B. Pollock, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Pollock has been serving as a director and as our President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2006. He served as our President and Chief Operating Officer between July 2005 and March 2006. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer starting in January 1999. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Mr. Pollock?s extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, his current role as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and his nearly thirty-year career in various aspects of Company operations and management uniquely qualify him to serve as a director.
