Adam Borak
Description Mr. Borak joined our Company on August 8, 2005 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Borak was previously a Director of Finance at Credit Suisse Asset Management- Americas, and its predecessor firm BEA Associates. During his seven year tenure, he was responsible for the corporate finance function of the firms New York office. Prior to that, Mr. Borak was Chief Financial Officer of Lehman Brothers Canada, Inc. and also worked for Lehman Brothers in New York. Mr. Borak is a CPA, and began his career with PriceWaterhouse.
